My product discount isn't working, what do I do?
Please make sure you are entering the correct coupon code in the coupon section. If the coupon isn’t working, please check that you are utilizing the email that was registered on hookit.com as that is the email your discount is tied to. If you are ordering on behalf of your child, you will still need to utilize the email registered.
How come I couldn't find ____ product on the website?
If you can’t find the Motul product you’re looking for and you’ve utilized the exact product name in the search field, it’s either out of stock from our warehouse or we do not have this product available in North America.
